Sunday, April 22, 2012. 1 is complete! Today I ran the Oshkosh Half Marathon which was my 12th half marathon in 12 months. It was a great way to end the streak.

Occasionally we get to go outside and get wet. We are not blessed with lots of fun white water here in the South West but what we have is good and clean. We spend alot of our time instructing both kayak and canoe. Most of our work is with young people and sometimes we teach adults. This is our other main activity in that it occurs after most paddles and tends to be in local hostelries. Local to where we are paddling.
